The older twin brother of Dante—the antagonist and protagonist—our favourite character, Vergil, is one of the playable characters in Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, along with multiple variants.

Vergil and his different variants are S-tier and some of the best characters in the game that you must have to clear the game content easily while getting access to some of the new and returning movesets that we all have come to love over these years.

So, if you are a Vergil enthusiast, keep reading our guide as we share details on how you can unlock Vergil in Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat.

How To Unlock Vergil

In Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, you can unlock Vergil through the special gacha pool that you get access to after completing the game's tutorial.

You can perform gacha pulls on his banner using Devil Gems, the premium currency in Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, for a chance of getting Vergil.

Alternatively, you can also use 50 Source Rocks to buy Vergil from the same gacha pool.

Should You Pull For Vergil?

The answer is both yes and no; instead of performing gacha pulls on Vergil's banners in hopes of getting him, which has a drop rate of 0.1% for Vergil, we recommend performing pulls only until you obtain 50 Source Rocks.

If you get Vergil before collecting the required Source Rocks, you can save them for any other character.

However, if you haven't gotten him, instead of performing pulls for Vergil, we recommend outright buying him.
